Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email, organisation, and what you write about your situation. We use it to reply to you and nothing else. We do not sell, share or trade it, and we do not send marketing. What the site collects on its own. This site is hosted on Wix, which automatically records technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and sets cookies to make the site work. We see this only as aggregate traffic figures. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner or in your browser. Who else sees it. Wix, as our hosting and forms provider, and our email provider so that we can reply. Nobody else. How long we keep it. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are no longer relevant. Ongoing correspondence is kept as normal business records. Confidentiality. Enquiries often describe sensitive commercial situations. They are treated as confidential from the moment they arrive, whether or not anything formal follows. Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it. Email benji@seedpitch.com and it will be handled promptly. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority; in South Africa, to the Information Regulator.
