Prior to entrepreneurship, Benji spent over a decade building her expertise within professional services in South Africa, Germany, Switzerland, and Dubai across top tier strategy consulting, investment banking and insurance companies; the Boston Consulting Group, Singular Group, HSBC Africa and Hollard.

Benji is a conscious investor into positive brands in her personal capacity and as a Venture Partner for Calibre Capital; a private equity investment company. At Calibre she facilitates the Scout Network to accelerate and reward identifying opportunities.

Benji led the Digital Channels of both Vodafone and Ziggo (JV of Liberty Global and Vodafone Group) of the Netherlands in Director Capacity across both B2C and B2B, from sales to service, guiding away from legacy (technical and cultural).

Benji is currently the youngest female Executive Vice President at leading listed telco KPN, where she aims to enable the organisation to unlock new experiences and value for customers.
Benji selectively consults to executives on agenda items such as innovation, culture change, and transformations. She leverages data and behavioral science for better decision making to build sustainable momentum.
Benji holds two Master degrees; a Master of Laws in Corporate Finance from Goethe University in Germany, and a Master of Philosophy in Maritime Economics, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Stellenbosch University. She has continued her education via Executive Leadership programmes and courses such as NEXUS from GIBS, the Executive Innovation at Singularity University in San Francisco and Behavioural Economics with Johannesburg Business School and Data Science with John Hopkins.

David, holds over 20 years of experience as the guru of many things. His niche focus emanating out of the retail sector with strength on company turnaround strategies and market entry. Previously the CEO of Incredible Connection, which, when he assumed responsibility and accountability for the Group in 2006, with his team, grew the business from 29 Stores and R 795m in Revenue to Southern Africa's largest retailer of consumer and SME technology products and services through 65 Stores, employing 2,500 people with an annual sales turnover of R 2,7 billion Rand – thus echoing his stronghold of skillset, delivering tangible results.
At present, David owns two businesses; the first company, Miller Stewart, which specializes in assisting organizations overcome and co-create sustainable profitable solutions; the second, a niche marketing and advertising business, The Two Old Dogs.
David holds a degree from the in commerce, an honors degree in business administration as well as recently graduating from GIBS, Global Executive Development Program with Distinction.

Previous industry magazine editor and 17 years as editor of the Business Blue-Book of South Africa, for nine years Louise also held a part-time post teaching professional business communication skills in the Engineering Faculty of the University of Cape Town.

Pioneer South African specialist pitch content developer and coach, Louise has prepared about 700 pitch trainees from students to startups and entrepreneurs, to sales teams through to senior executives of multinationals. She trades under the label Take My Word and her training and coaching programme is called The Pitch is a Bitch.
